What if an item is damaged or lost during shipping?
- Our team carefully packages all products for shipping.
- All packages are shipped with tracking, which we share with customers. Lost items are reported to Canada Post and we initiate a claim with Canada Post.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging upon arrival, or if an item inside seems broken or defective, we would appreciate it if you could record a short video while opening the package.
This video will help us quickly investigate the issue and get a replacement or refund sent to you as soon as possible.
Just send the video to us at ca.kyvas@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package, and we'll take care of the rest!
What is your policy on returns?
- All claims (purchases) made during the LIVE events are final and not eligible for exchange or cancellation after the LIVE. You may exchange or cancel the selected products during the same LIVE.
Product warranty
- Kyvas Collection Inc. offers high-quality, exclusive products. We guarantee to replace any item damaged due to manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered.
How do I cancel an order after placing it?
To cancel an order placed on our website:
- Email us at ca.kyvas@gmail.com as soon as possible.
- Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once your order has shipped.
